With the advent of the Federal Arbitration Act, there has been a proliferation of commercial and consumer transactions that contain binding arbitration clauses. As a result, there has been a significant increase in the demand for arbitrators. At the same time, there are relatively few professionals who are truly qualified to be arbitrators.

In order to meet the critical need of quality arbitrators, Arbitration Associates was formed.
